Meet "Erica," a 1954 Gibson Les Paul with a story that adds depth to its vintage charm.
Previously owned by Erica, this Les Paul became hers after her husband's recent passing. He originally purchased the guitar two decades ago from the Guitar Broker in Florida, USA. Over the years, it became a cherished part of his musical journey.
Facing the need to secure a future for herself and her 11 y/o daughter, Erica reluctantly decided to part with his beloved instrument. We had the privilege of meeting Erica in Dortmund, Germany, and our interaction was not just a transaction but a moment of support and warmth during a challenging time.
In gratitude, we've named this Les Paul after Erica.
This lovely Les Paul is all original, and in very good condition. It has some weather checking on the front of the body and there is some paint missing below the bridge volume knob. No issues, breaks or repairs. It plays like butter and sounds amazing! It has a super nice neck that feels fabulous and is a joy to play. The frets are original and still in good condition. The two beautiful balanced P-90 pickups both sound fantastic. A last detail, the guitar has an incredible weight of 3.6 kg.
The original case is in very good condition. Great investor guitar and a fantastic player!
