1965 Gibson ES-330 Cherry
Mid 1965 Gibson ES-330 in very good condition. A light-weight and very resonant guitar that plays extremely well. This is a transitional period example with nickel pickup covers and a chrome tailpiece.
The guitar shows honest wear and natural patina from regular use over its lifetime. There is some playwear, most noticeably on the back of the neck, along with a few dings, including some on the corner of the headstock. Frets show moderate wear, but this does not affect playability. The guitar plays great with low action and no buzz. The neck is straight and the truss rod works as it should. We acquired this guitar in the USA from a friend, who originally purchased it from the first owner, who bought the guitar new in 1965
All parts are original except the tuners. Nut width measures 40 mm.
Comes with a 1970s Gibson hard case (handle missing).
