1976 Gibson Firebird Bicentennial
In 1976, Gibson brought back the "reverse" Firebird with a special "Bicentennial" model to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the United States. This version wasn't an exact reissue but stood out by leaving out the vibrola tailpiece and adding gold hardware, previously only seen on the Firebird VII.
This Firebird is in overal very good condition and all original. It has some light wear, the gold hardware has some typical flacking. Two original Pat number mini humbuckers. Pot codes date week 15 of 1976. The strap button looks changed. Very good weight with 3,59 kg, it's a nice playing and sounding guitar!
Comes in its original case.
