1957 Gibson Les Paul Special - TV Yellow
A fantastic 1957 Gibson Les Paul Special in TV Yellow, in excellent condition with only light checking and minimal play wear. These Specials are true tone monsters and this one is no exception.
The TV Yellow finish has a cool history: it was originally made for artists playing on television, with the limed finish designed to minimize light reflection under the studio lights. Today it's one of the most sought after Gibson finishes.
The two original P-90s read 8,3k (neck) and 8,22k (bridge) and sound fantastic, with the original braided wiring untouched. It has a great '57 C profile neck with a wide 43,2 mm nut, original frets, and a very comfortable weight of 3,3 kg. No cracks, breaks or repairs — all original. It had once other tuners, originals are back on.
Comes in a Lifton hardshell case.
