1964 Gibson ES-335 Sunburst
Very nice and original 1964 Gibson ES-335.
This is a great-playing and great-sounding guitar with a fantastic neck. It’s in overall very good condition, with some play wear on the body and heavy play wear on the neck.
Originally a factory stop tail version, a Bigsby was added later (there’s no ground wire hole for the Bigsby), but it was only on the guitar for a short time—as evidenced by the lack of any marks in the finish. It has a new set of nylon saddles, the original are in the case. Aside from the"snake bite," the guitar is all original.
We purchased it from a friend who acquired it from the original owner’s daughter. It belonged all it's life to Anthony, there is a cool picture of him playing in front of his house.
This is a non-circulated, one-owner instrument—an amazing piece with real character and history.
Comes in it's original Selmer import case, we have a Black/Yellow Lifton case available.
