1964 Guild F50
Original Guild F50 Navarre Jumbo crafted in Hoboken, NJ. This guitar embodies Guild's exceptional craftsmanship from that era. Renowned for their quality, Guild guitars, under the stewardship of Alfred Dronge (founder), were imbued with care and dedication for both the craft and those who played them.
As the flagship model in Guild's lineup, the F50 Navarre boasts unparalleled quality, tone, and playability, rivaling or even surpassing that of larger brands of the time.
Constructed with a Solid Sitka Spruce top featuring X bracing, an arched flamed maple back, maple sides, and a rosewood bridge, these jumbo-sized flat-top acoustics deliver a robust and balanced sound. The Maple neck is adorned with a bound fingerboard accented by pearl block inlays with 'V' inserts. Retaining its original charm, the headstock proudly displays the Guild shield logo inlay, while the tuners have been upgraded to a set of gold Grovers. Celebrated musicians such as Clapton, Oasis, and Buckley have favored this brand.
